Food - Bakery - Deli

IT'S ALL ABOUT THE FOOD!
Our famous Polish Day kitchen will be serving up homemade food - all your favorites, including PIEROGI, GOLABKI, HALUSKI, KIELBASA, KAPUSTA, POTATO PANCAKES and so much more!

To make this tasty food that much easier to get and enjoy we have made some changes!
This year, there will be full Polish platters inside.
Outside, you can get your favorite items a la carte. This is where the Take Out tables will be too!

We've also added ice cream and frozen novelty vendors to satisfy your sweet tooth and keep you cool between polkas!

To help wash down all that food, we have a wide selection of Polish beer, wine, soft drinks and bottled water to choose from.

DELI
Our authentic old world deli will offer you a large selection of sandwiches, cold cuts and cheeses to enjoy on site. In addition there will be kielbasa, kieszka, bacon and kobanacy to take home.

BAKERY
Homemade paczki donuts, kolachi and a variety of cookies will be joined this year by the rare sekacz. Made only in eastern Poland, this cake is incredible in taste and in shape. It is cooked on a rotissarie where it spins for 10 hours as batter is added a little at a time. When it's done, you stand it up vertically and all the battery drippings look like stalagtites. It contains 40 or 50 eggs and will take 6 hours to set. One pound versions were brought in from one of only two bakeries in all of America that makes this delicacy. Order forms will be available to order larger sizes for future delivery.

...and so much more! S M A C Z N E G O!!!
