It’s Pisanki Time

Sporty Polish Happy Hour
Polish Happy Hour heads to All Starz Sports Grille, the north side’s only locally owned sports theme restaurant Thursday, April 14th  PHH Chair Ken Shirilla has promised a quiz about Polish and Polish-American athletes. Check our Facebook page Saturday morning to get started! Fill it out and bring it to PHH on and get a chance to win a fun prize! In honor of National Hunger Awareness Month, our non-profit partner this month is Saint Vincent de Paul Bring a donation to the SVdeP Food Bank and get entered into a drawing for a free dinner at All Starz!

We are wearing winter coats and looking at bulbs peeking out of the ground - spring in Ohio. Happy Polkaland has been selected to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award from the United States Polka Association  at their convention next month. Larry and his wife and cohost, Diana, celebrated by launching a website with info about their famous Penn-Ohio Polka Festivals. Gratulacje Larry!

Event Updates 

All of you must be like bears coming out of hibernation! We had to cancel our Pilgrimage to Doylestown because we didn’t make our minimum number of passengers and it seems I was the only one who wanted to travel to the Cleveland Film Festival. So... Email and let us know what YOU want us to put together for you?

Remember: If you are observing meatless Fridays, support your local Polish churches—not the freezer case-and enjoying tasty pierogi. It will certainly make it less of a sacrifice.
