Prayers for our Polka Pirate
Jake Kouwe, leader and vocalist of
Chardon Polka Band-the fun, young group that you enjoyed at Sobotka and in the tent at Polish Day-was involved in a serious auto accident last week.  He was taken by life flight to Cleveland’s Metro Hospital with severe head injuries, broken hips, and damage to his lungs as well as broken bones.  He remains in intensive care.  Let us all take time to pray for a good recovery for Jake for his family during this difficult time.  Cards or letters can be sent to Jake in care of Pops Magooch at 11565 Mayfield Road, Chardon, OH, 44024.
